The operating system for fuel distribution in Mexico.
Every request, quote, contract and delivery in one workflow, from your customer's first email to proof of delivery.

Buen día. Necesito 300 mil litros de Magna en Colima para el jueves. ¿Me cotiza?
The film
A complete deal in 45 seconds.
From the email request to delivery with evidence, in the same view your team uses.
Chapter 1/8
Request
The customer writes by email and the message lands on the deal.
Deal record
New email
Buen día. Necesito 300 mil litros de Magna en Colima para el jueves. ¿Me cotiza?
Operations live in WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets.
Deals stall at every handoff
The request arrives on WhatsApp, the quote goes out by email and the contract lives in a shared folder. Nobody knows where a deal stands without asking.
Compliance evidence is scattered
KYC documents, signed contracts and proof of delivery end up spread across chats and inboxes. Pulling them together for a review takes days.
Nobody sees margin or collection per deal
The TAR price changes every week and margin lives in a separate sheet. Knowing which deal makes money, and which one is still unpaid, means building a report.
PetraOS puts every piece into the right deal.
Messages, documents, prices and receipts land in one record, with its stage and its owner.
Product
One deal, from request to delivery.
PetraOS moves every deal through 11 stages, with rules your team no longer has to remember.
Why PetraOS
An ERP records. PetraOS operates.

Type what you need in plain language. PetraOS opens the deal, filters the pipeline, checks the TAR price or prepares the quote, and your team confirms.
Alerts that arrive before you ask
Rules watch every deal and flag it on your dashboard when something stops moving.
- FOS-7619 has had no customer reply for 5 days

Compliance
AI proposes. Rules validate. Your team decides.
PetraOS uses AI where it saves time and rules where you need certainty. Every step has an owner and is recorded.
- 1
AI proposes
It extracts data from messages and documents and prepares drafts. Only when an operator asks.
- 2
Rules validate
Every stage change is validated on the server. Without approved KYC, a deal never reaches contract.
- 3
Your team decides
Approvals, signatures and stage changes are made by a person and logged.

FAQ
What distributors ask us.
Does it replace my ERP?
Not necessarily. PetraOS runs the deal from request to delivery and collection. Your ERP can keep the accounting; we review it together during the assessment.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
It is built, and we switch it on once our verification with Meta is complete. Each company will connect the WhatsApp Business number it already uses, through the official API. Until then, requests come in by email and through the customer portal, linked to the customer and the deal.
How do you handle CFDI?
Today PetraOS produces an unstamped pre-invoice from the deal, and your team logs the payment on the record. CFDI 4.0 stamping through a PAC, including the payment complement, is in development. Until then, you stamp with your current provider.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of customers, terminals and rules in your operation. We give you a concrete timeline at the end of the assessment.
Where is my data?
In a Supabase database hosted on AWS in the United States, with automatic daily backups. Your proposal details the region, backup retention and how your data is kept separate.
Can I start with one module?
Yes. You can start with email intake and the deal pipeline, then add contracts and deliveries later.
Does the AI make decisions for my team?
No. The AI extracts data and prepares drafts when an operator asks. Approvals, signatures and stage changes are made by a person and logged.
How are TAR prices updated?
Your team uploads the weekly Pemex publication and PetraOS extracts prices per terminal for quoting. Automatic loading is in development.
